1. Free Shipping & Delivery Areas

We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across Pakistan. No minimum purchase is required. Whether you are in a major city or a remote area, we ensure your Ravven products reach you without any extra delivery cost.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation call or message from our team.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2-4 business days.
Rest of Pakistan: 4-7 business days.
Note: During sale periods or extreme weather conditions, slight delays may occur.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

To ensure a secure shopping experience, we primarily offer Cash on Delivery. You only pay when the product is delivered to your doorstep. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress until it reaches you.

6. Shipment Inspection

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number (03xx-xxxxxxx) are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
